Short Itinerary
Day 1: Departure at 06:00 AM from Haridwar to Phata (230 km), with a visit to Devprayag Sangam. Overnight stay in Phata.
Day 2: Transfer from Phata to Sonprayag, followed by a drop-off for the journey to Shri Kedarnath.
Guests will be take a shared taxi from Sonprayag to Gaurikund (5 km, cost borne by the customer, as only shared cabs are permitted). The trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath is 16 km. Accommodation in Kedarnath for the night is arranged by us.
Day 3: Return from Kedarnath to Tilwara with an overnight stay in Tilwara. (Pick-up from Sonprayag parking by cab.)
Day 4: Travel from Tilwara to Haridwar (166 km), including a visit to Dhari Devi Temple, concluding at Haridwar Railway Station.
Accommodation
- 1 night stay in Phata
- 1 night homestay in Tilwara
- 1 night in a camp/hotel in Kedarnath
(Note: Accommodation is based on triple or quadruple occupancy.)
Inclusions
- 3 nights of comfortable accommodation.
- 3 dinners and 4 breakfasts (vegetarian buffet meals).
- Round-trip transportation from Haridwar.
- 24-hour support line.
- All tolls, state taxes, parking fees, and driver allowances.
Exclusions
- Any expenses not mentioned in the inclusions.
- Lunch is not provided.
- Additional charges for hot water at Kedarnath.
- Any personal expenses like alcoholic beverages, mineral water, or highway meals/snacks.
- Extra costs due to natural calamities (to be paid by the customer on the spot by customer).
- Entry tickets and forest fees.
Booking Information
To reserve your tour, 50% of deposit per person is required, with the remaining balance due upon vehicle boarding.
Cancellation Policy
- No refund for cancellations within 15 days of arrival or no-shows.
- 50% of amount refund for cancellations made 15 to 30 days before arrival.
- 90% of amount refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival (taxes are non-refundable).
In the event of unexpected weather conditions or restrictions by government, some trips or activities may be canceled without prior information. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide an alternative option, but cash refunds are not available.
