आइए, आज हम आपको उत्तराखंड की वनस्पति, खेती और गांवों की अनोखी दुनिया से रूबरू कराते हैं। पत्तों पर उभरती कुदरत की कला क्या आपने कभी ऐसा पत्ता देखा है, जिसे हाथ पर रखकर दबाने पर सुंदर डिज़ाइन बन जाता है? उत्तराखंड में ऐसा खास पत्ता मिलता है। बचपन में हम इन पत्तों को हाथ पर दबाकर सफेद-सफेद डिज़ाइन बनाते थे। ये डिज़ाइन देखने में मेहंदी जैसी लगती थी, जो कुछ देर बाद गायब हो जाती। यह प्रकृति की अद्भुत कला है, जो हर किसी को आकर्षित करती है।

आंवले तोड़ने का मज़ा इसके बाद हमने आंवले के पेड़ की सैर की। आंवले के छोटे-छोटे फल तोड़ना किसी रोमांच से कम नहीं है। हालांकि ये फल अभी पूरी तरह पके नहीं थे, फिर भी उन्हें इकट्ठा करना एक सुखद अनुभव था।

चीड़ और चिलगोजे का अनोखा संसार उत्तराखंड की पहचान इसके चीड़ के पेड़ों से भी है। ये पेड़ चिलगोजे जैसे महंगे और स्वादिष्ट मेवे प्रदान करते हैं। हमने पेड़ों से कुछ चीड़ के फलों को इकट्ठा किया और उनके अंदर से छोटे-छोटे चिलगोजे निकाले। हालांकि बड़े फल मिलना थोड़ा मुश्किल था, लेकिन जो भी मिला, वह हमारी मेहनत का फल था। चिलगोजे प्रकृति का ऐसा खज़ाना है, जो स्वाद और सेहत दोनों के लिए अनमोल है।

कागजी नींबू और सीताफल की बेल उत्तराखंड के गांवों में मिलने वाले बड़े-बड़े नींबू, जिन्हें कागजी नींबू कहते हैं, यहां की खास पहचान हैं। इनके अलावा, सीताफल की बेलें भी यहां बहुत आम हैं। लोग इनके फलों को सावधानी से इकट्ठा करके सर्दियों के लिए सुरक्षित रखते हैं। यह पारंपरिक तरीका फल को लंबे समय तक सुरक्षित रखता है।

खेती और पराली का अनोखा इस्तेमाल यहां के खेतों में खेती एक कला है। किसान अपने खेतों में गोबर खाद डालते हैं और गेहूं की फसल उगाते हैं। बारिश कम होने पर भी रात में गिरने वाली ओस से फसलें हरी-भरी रहती हैं।

दिलचस्प बात यह है कि उत्तराखंड के किसान पराली का सदुपयोग करते हैं। जहां हरियाणा और पंजाब में पराली जलाने से प्रदूषण फैलता है, वहीं यहां के किसान इसे पशुओं के लिए चारे के रूप में स्टोर करते हैं या खाद बनाने के लिए इस्तेमाल करते हैं। यह तरीका पर्यावरण को बचाने और संसाधनों का सही उपयोग करने का बेहतरीन उदाहरण है।

अक्टूबर का महीना खत्म होने वाला है और उत्तराखंड में गुनगुनी ठंड ने दस्तक दे दी है। यह मौसम चारधाम यात्रा के समापन का भी संकेत देता है। गर्मी की तपिश से राहत मिलने के बाद, पहाड़ों की हवा में एक ताजगी है, ऐसे में बधानी ताल का टूर हर यात्री के मन को मोह लेगा।

इस सुहाने मौसम में, हम तिलवाड़ा से बधानी ताल तक के अद्भुत सफर पर निकल रहे हैं, जो लगभग 50 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है। रास्ता काफी संकरा और घुमावदार है, लेकिन हर मोड़ पर प्रकृति की खूबसूरत झलक देखने को मिलती है। सड़क के एक ओर ऊंचे पहाड़ हैं, तो दूसरी ओर गहरी खाई। इन रास्तों के दोनों किनारे घने और लम्बे चीड़ के पेड़ों की छांव से गुजरते हुए यह यात्रा और भी रोमांचक बन जाती है।

मयाली की बाद की रोड से बधानी ताल तक पहुंचने के लिए ट्रांसपोर्ट के साधन कम मिलते हैं, लेकिन यह रास्ता अपने आप में एक अनुभव है। यहां के लोग अक्सर बोलेरो व टाटा सूमो गाड़ियों के बाहर लटके मिल जाते हैं, जो इस यात्रा को और भी खास बनाते हैं। पर यह जोखिम भरा लगता है , जब रोज इसे रास्ते में ही जाना हों तो आदत पड़ जाती है पर पहली बार देखने वालों को आश्चर्य होता है कि लोग इसे क्यों जाते है।

जब आप बधानी ताल पहुंचते हैं, तो आपको यहां की सुंदरता देखकर मन प्रसन्न हो जाता है। तालाब में लाल रंग की छोटी मछलियां और कुछ छोटी व बड़ी मछलियां तैरती हुई नजर आती हैं। मछलियों को दाना डालते समय बिल्कुल हाथ से छूकर निकल जाती है। यह मान्यता है कि बधानी ताल भगवान विष्णु को समर्पित है यहां के जल का त्रिजुगी नारायण से संबंध है जब भी त्रिजुगीनारायण में हवन यज्ञ होता है यहां तालाब का जल स्तर स्वयं बढ़ जाता है। इस तालाब में मछलियां पकड़ना मना है। मान्यता है कि यदि कोई मछलियां पकड़ता है तो गांव में बहुत ही आफत आ जाती है व पकड़ने वाले को कोड हो जाता है।

इस तालाब के चारों ओर छोटा सा समतल मैदान है, जिसका ढलाव ताल की ओर है। तालाब के दाईं ओर कुछ सुंदर मकान हैं, जो यहां के गांव वालों के हैं। इनके ठीक पहले एक धर्मशाला भी है, जहां यात्री देव पूजन के समय रुक सकते हैं। यहां से नजर आने वाले ऊंचे-ऊंचे पहाड़ और दूर-दूर तक फैले छोटे पहाड़, दृश्य को और भी आकर्षक बना देते हैं। सदियों में यहां बर्फ की चादर बिछ जाती है, लोकल गांव वालों का जीवन बहुत कठिन है कहने को तो यहां हेलीपैड है पर सब जानते है कि इससे गांव वालों को क्या फायदा होगा जिन लोगों के लिए यातायात के सुलभ साधन नहीं है taxi मे लटक कर जाना पड़ता है सड़के खराब है वो हेलीकॉप्टर का क्या करेंगे।

बधानी ताल का रास्ता रुद्रप्रयाग, तिलवाड़ा, तुनेठा, मयाली होते हुए जाता है रास्ते में पानी के प्राकृतिक स्रोत मन को मोह लेते है ये ताल रुद्रप्रयाग से केवल 58 kms की दूरी पर है। सर्दियों में यहां बर्फ पड़ती हैं जो कि ताल की सुंदरता में चार चांद लगा देती है

सौराष्ट्रे सोमनाथं च श्रीशैले मल्लिकार्जुनम्। उज्जयिन्यां महाकालं ओम्कारम् अमलेश्वरम्॥ परल्यां वैद्यनाथं च डाकिन्यां भीमशङ्करम्।
सेतुबन्धे तु रामेशं नागेशं दारुकावने॥ वाराणस्यां तु विश्वेशं त्र्यम्बकं गौतमीतटे। हिमालये तु केदारं घुश्मेशं च शिवालये॥ एतानि ज्योतिर्लिङ्गानि सायं प्रातः पठेन्नरः।

सौराष्ट्र में सोमनाथ, श्रीशैल में मल्लिकार्जुन, उज्जैन में महाकाल, ओंकारेश्वर में अमलेश्वर, परली में वैद्यनाथ, डाकिनी में भीमाशंकर, सेतुबन्ध में रामेश्वर, दारुकावन में नागेश्वर, वाराणसी में विश्वेश्वर, गौतमी तट पर त्र्यम्बकेश्वर, हिमालय में केदारनाथ और शिवालय में घुश्मेश्वर।

ज्योतिर्लिंग: भगवान शिव के दिव्य स्वरूप
हिंदू धर्म में भगवान शिव के बारह ज्योतिर्लिंगों का विशेष महत्व है। ये ज्योतिर्लिंग भगवान शिव के उन पवित्र स्थलों का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं जहाँ उन्होंने स्वयं को प्रकट किया था। इन ज्योतिर्लिंगों का स्मरण और दर्शन करने से भक्तों को अपार पुण्य की प्राप्ति होती है और उनके पापों का नाश होता है। आइए जानते हैं इन बारह ज्योतिर्लिंगों के बारे में:

  1. सोमनाथ (सौराष्ट्र, गुजरात)
    सोमनाथ ज्योतिर्लिंग सौराष्ट्र में स्थित है और इसे भगवान शिव का पहला ज्योतिर्लिंग माना जाता है। यह मंदिर समुद्र के किनारे स्थित है और इसकी महिमा अद्वितीय है।
  2. मल्लिकार्जुन (श्रीशैल, आंध्र प्रदेश)
    मल्लिकार्जुन ज्योतिर्लिंग श्रीशैल पर्वत पर स्थित है। यह मंदिर न केवल धार्मिक दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण है, बल्कि प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य से भी भरपूर है।
  3. महाकाल (उज्जैन, मध्य प्रदेश)
    महाकालेश्वर ज्योतिर्लिंग उज्जैन में स्थित है। यह मंदिर भगवान शिव के तांडव नृत्य का स्थल माना जाता है और यहाँ की महाकाल आरती विश्व प्रसिद्ध है।
  4. ओंकारेश्वर (मध्य प्रदेश)
    ओंकारेश्वर ज्योतिर्लिंग नर्मदा नदी के किनारे स्थित है। यह मंदिर ओंकार पर्वत पर स्थित है और इसकी अद्वितीयता इसके द्वीप रूप में है।
  5. वैद्यनाथ (परली, महाराष्ट्र)
    वैद्यनाथ ज्योतिर्लिंग परली में स्थित है। इसे ‘वैद्यनाथ’ इसलिए कहा जाता है क्योंकि यहाँ भगवान शिव ने रावण के घावों को ठीक किया था।
  6. भीमाशंकर (महाराष्ट्र)
    भीमाशंकर ज्योतिर्लिंग महाराष्ट्र के पुणे जिले में स्थित है। यह मंदिर सह्याद्रि पर्वत श्रृंखला में स्थित है और यहाँ की प्राकृतिक सुंदरता मनमोहक है।
  7. रामेश्वर (सेतुबन्ध, तमिलनाडु)
    रामेश्वर ज्योतिर्लिंग तमिलनाडु में स्थित है। यह मंदिर रामायण काल से जुड़ा हुआ है और यहाँ भगवान राम ने शिवलिंग की स्थापना की थी।
  8. नागेश्वर (दारुकावन, गुजरात)
    नागेश्वर ज्योतिर्लिंग गुजरात में स्थित है। यह मंदिर भगवान शिव के नागेश्वर रूप को समर्पित है और यहाँ की महिमा अद्वितीय है।
  9. विश्वेश्वर (वाराणसी, उत्तर प्रदेश)
    विश्वेश्वर ज्योतिर्लिंग वाराणसी में स्थित है। यह मंदिर काशी विश्वनाथ के नाम से प्रसिद्ध है और यहाँ की गंगा आरती विश्व प्रसिद्ध है।
  10. त्र्यम्बकेश्वर (गौतमी तट, महाराष्ट्र)
    त्र्यम्बकेश्वर ज्योतिर्लिंग महाराष्ट्र के नासिक जिले में स्थित है। यह मंदिर गोदावरी नदी के किनारे स्थित है और यहाँ की महिमा अद्वितीय है।
  11. केदारनाथ (हिमालय, उत्तराखंड)
    केदारनाथ ज्योतिर्लिंग हिमालय में स्थित है। यह मंदिर अत्यंत ऊँचाई पर स्थित है और यहाँ की यात्रा कठिन लेकिन अत्यंत पुण्यदायक मानी जाती है।
  12. घुश्मेश्वर (शिवालय, महाराष्ट्र)
    घुश्मेश्वर ज्योतिर्लिंग महाराष्ट्र में स्थित है। यह मंदिर भगवान शिव के घुश्मेश्वर रूप को समर्पित है और यहाँ की महिमा अद्वितीय है।

ज्योतिर्लिंगों का महत्व
ऐसा माना जाता है कि प्रतिदिन इन ज्योतिर्लिंगों का स्मरण करने से सात जन्मों के पाप मिट जाते हैं। यह विश्वास हिंदू धर्म में गहरी आस्था और श्रद्धा का प्रतीक है। ज्योतिर्लिंगों का स्मरण करने से न केवल पापों का नाश होता है, बल्कि व्यक्ति को मानसिक शांति और आध्यात्मिक उन्नति भी प्राप्त होती है।
