1. Booking Confirmation
To secure your reservation, an advance payment is required:
- Shared Taxis: A mandatory advance payment of ₹1,000.
- Private Taxis: Advance payment required as per the specific route.
- Final Confirmation: Please note that Booking Confirmations are officially issued only after the payment has been successfully received.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our refund policies differ based on the service type to account for travel planning in the Himalayan region.
Char Dham Yatra Packages

3. Payment Methods
- Advance Payments: We accept digital payments via UPI, Google Pay, and PhonePe.
- Balance Payments: The remaining balance must be paid to the driver in Cash or via UPI during the trip.
4. Vehicle Use and Condition
Tilwada Taxi guarantees that all vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and safety-checked for mountain travel. We kindly request passengers to respect the vehicle and the driver throughout the journey.
5. Liability
Tilwada Taxi is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by external factors, including:
- Unfavorable weather or landslides.
- Road closures or traffic conditions.
- Government-imposed restrictions or strikes.
6. Passenger Conduct
Safety is our priority. Passengers must adhere to local laws and maintain respectful behavior. Tilwada Taxi reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who is unruly or compromises the safety of the vehicle and driver.
7. Changes to Terms
Tilwada Taxi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
